The Payoff Check works the dollar figure out from your own numbers: the hours your people spend on a task and what that time costs you. It does not use a made-up average. You see the workflow today, the workflow with AI, and the tools that fit, with their costs and where each one keeps data.

Get your people ready
The Payoff Check includes a five-question staff check. It is anonymous, and results show only once at least three people have replied. You also get your own AI safety manual, with a RACI chart that says who is responsible for what.
Your answers are read by a person at Formativelabz in Calgary. They are not fed into an AI model, and a person reviews every report before it is released to you.
