AI Readiness Report

Understand where a small, well-controlled AI trial might fit, and what needs checking first.

Proposed readiness service

No price, launch date or external assessment standard is claimed. This is not legal, medical or financial advice.

What the readiness report would examine

Purpose, information boundaries, staff readiness, human review, access, records and a way to measure a limited trial.

No score would certify compliance or guarantee that a tool is safe.

Proposed output

A short readiness summary, the gaps to check, and a suggested first trial with named review points.

Do not submit internal documents, passwords, patient information or confidential client data.

Ask about the proposed readiness report

For adult organization contacts. Email a non-confidential description of your interest to formativelabz@gmail.com. No online waitlist or file submission is available.

Questions to consider

Use general descriptions only. "Not sure" is a useful answer. Do not paste internal records.

  1. What single task would you like to improve, and what problem does it cause today?
  2. Who does the task now, and who would be accountable for a trial?
  3. What kinds of information does the task use? Would a fictional or public-data trial be enough?
  4. Who decides which information may go into a tool? Is that rule written down?
  5. Which tools are currently allowed, and who approves access?
  6. What output would need a human check before it is used or shared?
  7. How would someone spot a wrong, missing or misleading answer?
  8. What training and time would the people doing the trial need?
  9. What simple evidence would show that the trial helped, without promising an outcome?
  10. What would make you pause the trial, and how would you return to the current process?
